    I am trying my best to use my brain instead of my heart to deal with the "critics" in my life. Through struggles is how I change my heart and mind about people and the world. I did the best thing I have ever done for myself today. I stood up to someone that tried to degrade me with sarcasm and wit rather than anger and foul words. I realized she was using me and I was going to allow her to just so she could love me. I was trying to buy her love. I was going down the same old pattern of low self-esteem again. I was running from true and real feelings of insecurity about myself that I was unwilling to deal with. I am so happy for my knee. If it were not for my knee having a torn ligament, I would have never wanted to get healthy. Therefore,I would have never wanted to get into exercising. Through exercising, it has led me to feel good about myself and realize what I do and do not have to put up with in this world and from people. I deserve someone to love me with or without short hair. I deserve someone to love me with extra weight nor not. I THANK GOD for allowing me to see the errors in people and not allowing them to chart my course to self-destruction.

    Yesterday was my birthday !!! Part of my birthday weekend,we had a few friends over yesterday. Today we are having a BBQ and going bowling. Tommorrow we are going to do paintball with some friends. I am so happy!!!!!

    todya was jeans day so i [put on a pair of jeans on. me and nick are going to do something after school. yay. i cnat wait. lol anyways i have this notebook and writing in it like crazy. i show my feelings. its great. anyways this summer i plan to go to jamaica with chantel. its going to be tons and tons of fun. i cant wait! well i better get back to work. byes!

    Hey everyone what's up? not too much here just chilling in English class being bored because I got all my work done. Well lets see here last night I went home from work and I had just walked in the door and my cell phone rings and I looked at it and it was a 226 number and I didn't recoginize it and I picked it up and was like hello and the person was like whats up how are you doing? I was like I am doing okay who is this and the person was like it's Dustin and I was like oh okay. I was like how do you know my number I thought that your girlfriend deleted it out of your phone he was like ashley we dated for a month and it's not that hard of a number to memorize. well um...................we were talking and he isn't with his girlfriend anymore but she is pregnent and yeah. Well the thing is that she ended up coming into my gym class today and made up gym. Which sucked at first because we were in the same room but when we moved on to our activities I did ping pong and she did batmitten. Well I hope that she doesn't come into my gym class ever again and make up gym. I don't understand why she had to come in mine. I don't come in to hers so she don't need to come into mine. I want to fight her but I am older then her and I could end up going to jail. She is 17 years old and I am 18 years old. Well I don't know but this class that I am in really is getting on my nerves. These two girls that are sitting behind me are being real loud and it is getting on my nerves. Well I get out soon so it doesn't matter anyway.

    225I wish that I was able to leave right now after I get done with all my homework. I can't stand being in this class. i thought that things would be different. I am going to go I will talk to you later.
